Founded in 2023, we pride ourselves on being a one-woman show (yes, just me and my trusty team of lasers) dedicated to creating unique pieces that are fun and elegant in quality. Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our Policy.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, credit your account, or issue a refund. You can initiate your return through our "contact us" form. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:
All Items are eligible for return except the products that are: Custom Made Items and/or Personalized
If you are required to ship back your item, please ship back the item(s) in accordance with the following shipping instructions:
Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label if the item is being returned due to quality issues and/or "not as described/". In all other instances, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you have to initiate contact with us within 5 days of delivery of your item. Your item must be
received back in our possession within 30 days of purchase. Items received after the 30 day cut off will be handled on a case by case basis.
If your item is being exchanged and you are required to return your item, we will process your exchange once we receive your item and verify it's status and condition.
You will be updated on the status of your return/exchange via email.
